    On-site counseling for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, and behavioral concerns — coordinated with your primary provider.

  • Vision

    Diabetic retinopathy screening, glaucoma and cataract care. Full-service vision program coming soon.

  • School-Based Health

    Care delivered where students already are — at Schenectady High and Mont Pleasant Middle, plus dental outreach across 17 schools.

  • Telemedicine

    Same care, from home. Established patients can connect with their provider via secure video and audio.
